Tom Berg 3b196e7b93 Refactor org capture workflow and move state to XDG dirs 
- Add org capture templates and refile targets for inbox/todos/calendar/media
- Move Emacs state/cache files to ~/.local/state and ~/.cache
- Use set-face-attribute for org levels so theme reloads don't clobber
- Update todo keyword faces to catppuccin palette
- Rework command-center hydra around new capture and agenda views
